Report a problem or a person

Use Report inside the app on any Quest, listing, profile or message. For anything urgent or unsafe, contact the police on 999 first, then tell us.

Delete your account and data

You can delete your account inside the app (Settings, Your data). You can also email us from the address on your account and we will confirm deletion.

Payments and disputes

Payments are handled by Stripe. If something went wrong with a job or an item, open a dispute from the Quest or order in the app, or email us with the details.
