Terms of use

Last updated: 11 October 2026. These terms are between you and HONEY & CORALS LIMITED (SC852932). They are governed by the laws of Scotland and the Scottish courts have jurisdiction, without removing any rights you have in the country where you live.

1. Who can use Questin

You must be 18 or over and live in the UK. One account per person. Keep your sign-in secure.

2. What Questin is

Questin is a platform that helps neighbours find each other. Unless stated, Quests and Market sales are contracts between users, not with us. We do not employ Questers or sellers, and we do not guarantee any job, item or person.

3. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Money for a Quest or purchase is taken when you agree, held with Stripe, and released after the confirmation or review window described in the app, unless a dispute is open. Our service fee, if any, is shown before you pay. Refunds and disputes follow the process in the app.

4. Your content

You own your content and give us a licence to host and show it to run the service. You promise it is yours to share and follows the community guidelines. We may remove content or accounts that break these terms or the law.

5. Zero tolerance

We do not allow objectionable, abusive or illegal content or behaviour. We act on reports quickly and may suspend or remove accounts and report to authorities.

6. Safety

Meeting people carries risk. Follow the safety guidance, use public places, and report concerns. In an emergency call 999.

7. Our responsibility

We do not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Otherwise our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

8. Ending your account

You can delete your account in the app at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

9. Changes and contact
